LOSER LOWLIFE PSEUDO-CAPTAIN Derrick Captain Derrick, you did a MOST TERRIBLE job to be polite. You also had the balls to say something to the affect that you did everything that you were paid to do... I think NOT, i think you were paid TO CATCH CRAB! I think they were hoping that you would be friendly & helpful in this transition period. You were extremely unfriendly, arrogant, condescending, rude & disrespectful to them. I believe Jake was right when he said you were using him as a scapegoat to deflect the MOST AWFUL,SAD, & MISERABLE job of catching crab. Also instead of CONDEMNING Jake & treating him like a loser criminal drug addict, you could have went the opposite route & tried to help him overcome his problem & help mentor both of them. I really think you are a MISERABLE,LOW LIFE, LOSER, with esteem problems & a total piece of S***! Also WHY did you call & notify the police & try to have Jake arrested??? That was INCREDIBLY SUPER UNCOOL!!! I totally DETEST YOU after that. Try helping him NOT ruining his life... You also can & are going to get HURT by SNITCHING like that. Most HEINOUS & TERRIBLE... What kind of LOSER A**H*** are you? These 2 put their faith, hope & livlihood in you & you FAILED THEM MISERABLY & went out of your way to F*** with them & essentially undermine & ruin them. To put it mildly, YOU are a most HEINOUS ANUS, LOWLIFE piece of S*** who will get some real BAD karma in the future! I HOPE you are NEVER on this show or seen again A**WIPE! You also said you WEREN'T going to SHARE your knowledge(of being a captain & crabfishing) with them... How NICE & HELPFUL of you, for these 2 brothers who had hoped you would help them learn & keep the Cornelia Maria going! How wonderful you are as a person nevermind friend. You TRULY should be TOTALLY ASHAMED of yourself, & move to North Korea or something... Thanks Derrick!

Did Josh Harris get full share before Jake Harris? I keep seeing clips where Phil and Josh are talking about him getting full share, and I remember the hook toss that got him there. But is Jake full share too? I thought I remember hearing he wasn't, so I wanted to make sure.

hello from sitka kentucky Id just like to say I love Captain Phil, And I have the utmost respect for all the men out there crab fishing..
I never missed the show.Captain Phil was my favorite but I called most of them my men ,Jake and Josh ive lost both of my parents and I know how I hurt I wont say I know what your going thru because no one does except for you, but we know it is painful, I love you both and your in my prayers.

What's the deal with people being so mean to Josh about his ears?!!? I personally love Josh's aerodynamic ears. They are so adorable. Why do people have to be so mean and so cruel? People need to get over themselves and look in the mirror and see their own flaws. Josh's ears are not flawed. They are God given. So, I look at it this way, Perfection, Aerodynamic, and simply Awesome....these are the words that come to my mind where he is concerned.

What Happen to CM's Dave? Does anyone Know what happened to Deckhand Dave Millman from the Cornelia Marie. He isn't listed on Discovery's Site Under the crew & I havn't seen him in the little coverage they have shown of the CM this season. But Captain Phil's & the Offical CM website both still have him listed. He was one of my Favs & I was just wondering whats up?

Wondering and yet...waiting Hey gang...

I'm there and I check that more frequently. I still get updates on here as to what's going on. I did get a chance to see the marathon this past time and I was excited! It's amazing how fast an hour goes by when you are watching Deadliest Catch. But rest assure, I'm doing fine and things are going great for me. Though my blogs would suggest other wise. LOL

Correction on the "Quotes" Section There needs to be a correction done with the Quotes Section...
"Now you know why lions eat their young." (Phil commenting on the hand-coiling competition with son Jake.) -- Phil
Any true blue fan knows that that quote is from this season. And Phil said it in regards to Jake going out and buyng the flat screen TV for almost a grand on Phls credt card and then tryng to nstall t before he got busted. Whch he dd. Phl hates t when he goes shoppng on the credt cards. Especally his. LOL

kuddos thanks again for another great season. it has been a hard year for the entire crew watching their beloved captain become so ill. Capt. Phil you are in the prayers of many loyal fans...myself included...wishin you a speedy recovery an hope to see you back at the helm of the Cornelia Marie next season. Murray..... thanks for such a good job keeping the crew and the boys safe while capt. phil recovers. Josh and Jake......keep those chins up boys...your dad is one hell of a fighter and i don't see him giving up any time soon. Godspeed to all of you and heres to season 5 and whoopin some ass on the Bering Sea.
